I had a meeting yesterday with Jan Dell, founder of the last beach clean up. What a fantastic role model. Jan is a staunch supporter of reusable items and less disposable plastic that can compromise our water systems. I suggest everybody check out her web site https://www.lastbeachcleanup.org

I like the benefit of native plants. Amazing how much that impact that one action (restoring native plant palettes)  can have on our local water systems and environment.

We are using biodegradable clean up supplies for our coastal clean ups. Just looking for new ways to do the right thing without creating more trash.

I reduced my straw use (and my single use plastic containers). Feeling empowered!
