I will plant 10 square feet of native species, landscape with water-efficient plants in order to reduce general water usage, and minimize fertilizer and pesticide use.

I will prevent water runoff and increase absorbency by mulching the base of plants and trees at my home or work.

I will discover the power of my community working together by completing the WNMC Pledge and pledging to save 100. gallons of water.

I will "hydrozone" my yard and garden so that low water-use, moderate water-use and high water-use plants are grouped together.

I will save up to 20 gallons (75 L) of water each day by taking 5-minute showers.
