    We went to the Salton Sea last weekend. Not very healthy and vital, but better than it was and a really beautiful spot!

    The tree in front of my parents house has purpl  flowers.  Id always lay under it and stare in the sky and watch the airplanes zoom by and the birds. Its still there 15 years later.

    While I remain a carnivore, I no longer eat beef or lamb, which have by far the largest carbon footprints of any animal-based food source. There are plenty of tasty alternatives, many of them plant-based.  Impossible Burger, anyone?
